Original No-Slip Treatment

GREAT FOR: Ceramic tile, terrazzo, concrete, marble, granite, porcelain, enamel and other hard mineral surfaces.

Our chemical works with the silica sand that is in all hard mineral surfaces. The existing pours are deepened and widened to create a tread pattern. This provides the extra traction that eliminates the danger of slippery floors without altering the appearance. This extra traction also increases Static Coefficient Of Friction (SCOF). Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires all public buildings maintain non-slip floors and steps with a SCOF minimum of .60. Most facilities do not meet this requirement. The advantage of this treatment over our Skid Safe Water Based Sealer/Finish is that the floor can be used immediately. This treatment also can not be removed by abusive treatment. However as with all non-slip treatments it must be maintained with proper and regular cleaning.

No Slip Water Based Sealer/Finish

GREAT FOR: most materials, ceramic tile, quarry tile, most other hard mineral surfaces, vinyl, VTC, linoleum, fiberglass, wood, aluminum, and more.

This is a clear coat multi layer system. The clear coat enhances the appearance and increases the slip resistance beyond the ADA requirement. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires all public buildings maintain non-slip floors and steps with a Static Coefficient Of Friction (SCOF) minimum of .60. Most facilities do not meet this requirement.

No Slip Water Based Sealer/Finish with Aggregate

GREAT FOR: Bathtubs, showers, garage floors, steps, kitchens, and other often wet and greasy floors.

An aggregate can be added to the first clear coat when still wet. After remaining clear coats are applied the aggregate is barely visible, but has the advantage of extra slip proofing in those areas that require extra protection.
