It looked like we were going to have to tear out the new tile and replace it. Within a few days after contacting Mark Wilcox, I had a tile sample with several test areas to review. We could see the pores if we examined the tile closely however the tile colors and appearance were not changed. The tile was treated quickly, with no dust or odor, and traffic was able to resume immediately after the application.
